Ayobami Alabi– Managing Director/CEO

Mr Ayobami Alabi serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Personal  Trust Microfinance Bank.

He holds an MBA (Financial Management) from Ladoke Akintola University, an MSC  (Agricultural Economics) from the University of Ibadan, and a BSC in Agricultural  Economics and Farm Management from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.

He holds an MCP  certification in Microfinance Banking from CIBN a member of the Nigeria Institute of  Management.

He has attended several trainings and workshops organized by the Central Bank of  Nigeria, and the Industrial Training Fund of Nigeria on Leadership and Financial Inclusion,  Risk Management, and Microfinance Management.

He has over 22 years of experience in the finance sector and his professional experience spans organizations like Citygate Group, First Bank, SEAP, Susu  Microfinance, and UBA. Before joining the First Ally Group, he served as the Managing  Director of Empire Trust Microfinance Bank from 2018 to 2024. While at SEAP and Susu,  he served in various managerial capacities.
