Board of Directors

The Board is comprised of distinguished professionals who have excelled in their various fields of endeavour.

OKEY NWUKE (CHAIRMAN)

okey NwukeMr. Okey Nwuke is the Deputy Managing Director of Coscharis Group. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Accountancy from University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he graduated as the best student in both the Department of Accountancy & Faculty of Business Administration. He also holds an MBA (Distinction) in International Banking & Finance from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom as a Chevening Scholar.

He began his banking career with Guaranty Trust Bank in 1991, where he rose through the ranks to the position of Assistant General Manager, Commercial Banking Group East. He joined Access Bank Plc in 2002 as General Manager and was subsequently appointed as an Executive Director in Access Bank Plc in 2004. In 2014, he joined Coscharis Group as the Deputy Managing Director.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and an honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Okey has also served on the Board of Stanbic IBTC Pensions Managers Limited as a Non-Executive Director and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Access Bank’s subsidiaries in Rwanda and Burundi.


EBENEZER OLUFOWOSE (DIRECTOR)

ebenezer olufowoseMr Ebenezer Olufowose is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First Ally Capital Limited, the parent company of Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Limited. He holds a first class honours Economics degree from the University of Lagos where he emerged the best overall graduating student in the Department of Economics and the Faculty of Social Sciences in 1982. He also holds an MA Degree in International Economics from the University of Sussex, Brighton, England where he studied as a Sir Adam Thomson Scholar.

He commenced his banking career at NAL Merchant Bank Limited in 1985 and has played key roles in the structuring and execution of several landmark capital market transactions in Nigeria. Amongst other key positions in the banking industry, he was the founding Managing Director & Chief Executive of Guaranty Trust Bank’s first subsidiary outside Nigeria (GTBank Gambia) and was Executive Director at Access Bank Plc from May 2007 to November 2013.

Prior to this, he was Director with Citigroup where he led Citigroup’s origination, structuring and execution of corporate finance deals in Nigeria from 2002 to 2007. He was also an Executive Director with Citibank Nigeria.


KAYODE FALOWO (DIRECTOR)

kayode falowoMr. Kayode Falowo is the Group Managing Director & CEO of Greenwich Trust Limited, one of the leading Investment Banking firms in Nigeria. He is a Chartered Stockbroker with over 27 years post graduate experience and practice in Finance, especially in Commercial and Investment Banking. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife), an MBA from the University of Benin and a Diploma in Information Management.

He is an active member of numerous professional and industry associations. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is the Vice President of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Council Member of the Nigerian-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. In addition, he is a Member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Institute of Directors (IOD) Nigeria, Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Mr. Falowo is the Chairman of Citadel Registrars Limited (Formerly Wema Registrars Limited) as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of Union Registrars Limited and DN Meyer Plc. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and a Major Donor of the Rotary International Club. He is also a Member of the Ikeja Golf Club and the Lagos Motor Boat Club.


ANTHONY OWUYE (DIRECTOR)

anthony owuyeMr Anthony Owuye is the Chairman of Pertrust Property and Investment Company Limited. He had his university education in the United Kingdom where he graduated in economics and accountancy from Liverpool John Moore University. He has attended several local and international advance management development programs. He is a member of the chartered institute of bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Nigeria institute of management (NIM). Owuye is an Alumnus of the Lagos business school.

A pioneer management staff and former General Manager of commercial bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria Limited), later known as Capital Bank International Limited. Owuye has over thirty years’ experience in the banking industry having started his career with Thomas Cooks Banker’s Ltd in the United Kingdom in 1975. He later worked for the French Banking Group, CL. S.A in the United Kingdom and First Bank of Nigeria Plc where he rose to management position.

He is the Chairman of Pertrust Property and Investment Company Limited; Capital Management and Investment Trust Company Limited and Laburete Farms Limited. He belongs to many social organizations, including Ikoyi club 1938 where he is a past member of the general committee as chairman of the swimming section. He has a working knowledge of French and German languages. He is widely travelled.

 


ODUNTAN AYOOLA NURUDEEN (DIRECTOR)

oduntan ayolaMr  Ayoola Oduntan is the Managing Director of Amo Byng Nigeria Limited. He graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State 1983.

He has over thirty years of experience in the Nigerian Poultry Industry. He has worked in Pfizer Livestock Feeds Ltd and SEEPC Nigeria Ltd where he held several management positions. He is currently the Managing Director & Promoter of Amo Byng Nigeria Limited. Amo Byng Nigeria Limited is one of the largest poultry establishments in the country.

He is a member of the Poultry Association of Nigeria and the Nigeria Veterinary Medical Association.
