Justina Okeke- Head  of Internal control/Audit

Justina Okeke is a seasoned Banking professional with over thirteen (13) years of experience in internal control, credit and risk management, internal audit and compliance.

She is currently the Head of Internal Control at Personal Trust Microfinance Bank, where she oversees Control, Compliance, and Audit Assurance functions. Justina began her banking career in 2011 at Accion Microfinance Bank as an Internal Control Officer. During her tenure, she developed a deep expertise in internal control systems, auditing, and risk management, which she leverages to enhance organizational integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

 After five years in this role, she transitioned to the Commercial Department as a Commercial Supervisor, where she managed a branch, overseeing portfolio management, branch operations, and e-banking operations. Justina’s extensive background in controls, risk management compliance, and auditing is complemented by her continuous profess development through various courses.

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Oko in Anambra State. She is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
