Kayode Abobarin – Director

Mr Kayode Abobarin holds a BSc from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He began his career with Ernst & Young Nigeria (now EY), where he was exposed to core audit/accounting techniques in the preparation/reporting of Financial Statement for both single entity reporting and Group reporting. He has received several training on Financial Reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is vast in both Nigerian and International Tax Laws.

His wealth of experience is built on numerous engagements in diverse sectors of the Nigerian economy especially in Financial Services and Oil and Gas, where he displayed exemplary leadership and professionalism. Some engagements where he led the audit team include; Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Eni Group, Renaissance Capital, Sterling Bank Plc, and Afrinvest Limited. He is the Group CFO for First Ally Capital.
