Tinuola Dawodu is a passionate HR enthusiast with several years of experience in Human Resource, Administration, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Corporate Legal Practise, Company Secretarial Services etc.

Her professional experience spans over six years in the Microfinance sector as well as private and corporate practice. She was previously the Head of HR & Admin at Regent Microfinance Bank and the Legal/ Admin Officer at Dataplus Techologies Ltd.

She holds LLB from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. She is also a certified Microfinance Practitioner.
